5. Booking, Reservations, and Sales

Any expression of interest, letter of intent, or initial payment does not constitute a binding sale unless formalized in a written Sale/Purchase Agreement signed by both parties.
All sales are subject to:
- Verification of title documents.
- Satisfactory due diligence by the buyer.
- Receipt of full payment or agreed installment terms.
- Execution of necessary legal documents (Deed of Assignment, Consent to Assign, etc.).
Deposits or initial payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Payment Terms

All payments must be made directly to Terraworks Limited’s official bank accounts (details provided during transaction).
We do not accept responsibility for payments made to unauthorized persons or accounts.
Late payments may attract interest or penalties as stated in the Sale Agreement.

7. After-Purchase Services and Warranties

Limited after-purchase support (e.g., facility management coordination, minor defect rectification) may be provided as described for each project.
Any structural warranty or defect liability period will be explicitly stated in the Sale Agreement.
We are not liable for defects caused by misuse, natural wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, project names (e.g., Greenacres Estate, Harold’s Court, Fort Johnson Apartments, etc.), and content are owned by or licensed to Terraworks Limited.
You may not use them without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Terraworks Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Terraworks Limited harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the website/services.
